Red Dot Award 2018: Bosch-Rexroth eMotion-2700
Simulators aren’t typically celebrated for their aesthetics, so we were excited when our modern, streamlined design work with Bosch-Rexroth on the eMotion-2700 broke that stigma and was chosen for a Red Dot Award.
The electrically-powered motion platform eMotion-2700 is incredibly powerful, featuring six degrees of freedom and has been designed to withstand a payload of up to 2,700 kg. So for the eMotion-2700, we worked to create a high-grade design that emphasized the premium quality of the construction and the technical performance of the machine. Its areas of use range from driving and flight simulations to many additional testing applications.
All components of the eMotion-2700 are manufactured in-house and are designed to be extremely robust and withstand continuous use.
