ENYRING, part of the Yamaha Motor Group, is rethinking eBike mobility with a smart battery-swapping system that makes riding simpler, more reliable and more sustainable. No charging downtime, no extra batteries, just swap and go.

Designed for businesses and everyday riders alike, ENYRING makes cleaner mobility effortless. We were proud to help shape this forward-thinking solution.

The future of eBike mobility isn’t just about going further, it’s about removing the friction in between.

By making battery swapping as simple as the ride itself, ENYRING turns charging from a limitation into a seamless part of the experience. This insight shaped the design of a complete eBike ecosystem where usability, integration and a consistent visual language come together to make sustainable urban mobility feel effortless.

Digging

We conducted market research and defined the visual language for the Enyring brand through moodboards and design exploration. We also supported the definition of bicycle geometries and the battery swapping system, working closely with the ENYRING team to refine location, integration, and user interaction.

Designing

ENYRING asked us to develop design proposals for a range of e-Bikes, including a city bike, sport city bike, and cargo bike. The challenge was to integrate a unified battery-swapping system across all models while ensuring usability and a consistent visual language. The chosen styling direction is modern, minimal and bold. The battery location in the downtube with access on the side facilitates easy swapping.

We also explored early sketches of the wider ecosystem, including of the battery kiosks, using a modern, minimal aesthetic designed to fit seamlessly into today’s urban environment.
