In a world where mobility solutions are often styled like machines or clinical devices, LUVO is a new kind of companion — one that understands not just movement, but presence, dignity, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
The design challenge was to create a tool that increases the user’s freedom of movement as well as their living environment, in a way that fits seamlessly into both indoor and outdoor environments.
Rather than asking you to adapt to the machine, we designed LUVO to fit seamlessly into your world. From the very first glance, LUVO is approachable. Soft fabrics, tactile surfaces, and friendly proportions make it feel like a trusted companion — not a vehicle. Crafted with the warmth of indoor materials and the serenity of a living room fauteuil, LUVO balances confidently on two wheels, retracting its supports when ready to glide. The seat stays level even when moving across sloped or uneven ground — helping you remain comfortable, upright, and at ease. And with a retractable handlebar, getting in and out is just as effortless.
Inside, it’s intelligent. With GPS and dual cameras, LUVO detects obstacles and understands whether it’s on a sidewalk or a bike lane, adjusting its behavior accordingly. Rhe wheelchair responds intuitively, making it a valuable tool for complete freedom of movement in the home and outdoors. It senses its environment, adapts its speed to your surroundings, and empowers you to move — manually or autonomously — with calm assurance.
The design is composed of fully recyclable materials, 100% sustainable. Its frame is built from responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood, and its plastics are made from recycled materials. Every component is designed to be repairable, not disposable — built to last, easy to maintain, and ready for life’s long journey.
